Cynthia Alabi is a skilled and passionate tech sales leader in the African space. With almost ten years of experience, she has helped many companies grow their revenue, improve how they serve customers, and build stronger relationships with clients. Cynthia has worked across different industries like aviation, mobility, and fintech. She has gained deep experience in how to solve business problems and help companies succeed.

At the 2024 Women Entrepreneurs & Executives in Tech Summit (WEETS) held in Lagos, Cynthia was honored with the TECHLIFE Excellence for No-code Roles award. This award celebrates her hard work and impact in tech sales, especially in roles that do not involve writing code but still play a huge part in the success of tech companies.

Today, she serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Transactworld Digital Services, a fintech company where she is leading efforts to improve how users experience and interact with the brand. One of her biggest achievements in this role has been building a customer support team from the ground up. She has also introduced processes based on data and insights to help the company better serve its users. Cynthia has developed training programs that encourage a strong service culture within her team, and she continues to look for ways to innovate and improve how things are done.

Before her current role, she worked as a Customer Service & Retention Manager at SATS Systems Corporation, and earlier, as a Territory Manager for Uber for Business, where she helped promote business adoption of the platform. Her work has always focused on improving customer satisfaction and making sure businesses don’t just attract users but keep them.

Cynthia is known for using data and smart strategies to help businesses grow. At one point, she led initiatives that brought in over a million dollars in bookings each year. She also played a key role in increasing customer numbers by 65% at a tech-enabled streaming company. She enjoys solving problems, leading teams, and creating systems that make work better and more efficient.

Cynthia believes that good customer service is the key to long-term success. That is why she focuses on helping companies understand their customers better, respond to their needs faster, and keep them happy over time.
